1. READY STOCK PRODUCTS
For items that are currently in stock, the standard delivery timelines are as follows:
- Inside Dhaka: 3-4 working days.
- Outside Dhaka: 4-5 working days.

2. PRE-BOOKED PRODUCTS
For pre-booked products, the estimated delivery time is 32-44 working days. 
*Note: This timeline begins after your pre-booking is officially confirmed.

3. FURNITURE AND CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS
For furniture items and custom-made products, the standard delivery time is 60-75 working days.

4. FACTORY MAKING TIME (If Applicable)
If any product requires specific factory manufacturing or production time, we will explicitly mention it on the product page or notify you directly. Please note that the factory making time will be added on top of the standard shipping time mentioned above.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to external logistics factors or weather conditions. 
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details (if applicable).
