Refund policy

At Chazekart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. 3-Day Return Window
We have a 3-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unused and uninstalled: Lighting fixtures (like chandeliers) must not have been installed, wired, or altered in any way.

Original Condition: Furniture and rugs must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, instructions, and hardware included.
Furniture items if,original picture received prior delivery, after your approval of sending  no damages were found, they can not be returned for slight color differences due to different devices color pallets compatibility. 

3. Damages and Issues (Crucial for Fragile Items)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For damaged lighting fixtures or glass components, please provide clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyer’s Remorse: If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: A 5 % restocking fee may apply to large furniture and chandelier returns to cover handling and repacking and 2% for smaller items.

5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
